COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXM-780 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the IS215UCVEH2AE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC4IMA16 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3655A138 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thoma-Magnettechnik Brand GHUX91760120012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as KLF1 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC220SAFEDEM002AA made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular EPC5A original spares produced by Radisys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JF27400 by Jost and KLF1 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC697VRM015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc. |
